As far as the oregano and parsley goes, I used dried herbs. I use probably 2 tsp of oregano and probably 2 Tbsp of parsley. I usually let the kids shake the parsley...I don't really taste it and the kids like to help so I let them shake the container quite a bit. Plus it adds a little bit of color.
